A minor contribution in the form of few forms made by xmlformgen. These are the Cardiovascular and Respiratory system forms which are needed by any doc, during systemic examination of a patient. Hope it helps!

I am deleting the branch for now. Let the bug of xmlformgen be fixed and then will again put up the correct and working files.
