4.1.2 New Installation Patient Notes and List Patients Errors

Hi,

4.1.2 new installation. CentOS 6.4 64, php.ini modified as recommended, Installed components:

php php-cli php-common php-gd php-ldap php-mysql php-pdo php-soap php-xml php-mbstring mysql-server wget unzip

Got 2 Errors:

  1. Patient Notes: Unknown columns genericname2 and genericval2 in ‘field list’
    Fix: Add genericname2 and genericval2 fields to patient_data table

  2. List Patients Error: DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error.
    Fix: Delete SSN Field from Patient List Columns List

Administration->Lists->Patient List Colums

Hope that I did the right thing fixing those errors, any recommendation is highly appropriated
