4.0 allergies and prescription conflict notif

I am testing out the 4.0 features.  I believed that when a patient allergic to something is prescribed a medicine containing that allergenic (i.e. a patient allergic to codeine is prescribed Tylenol with codeine) some type of warning is supposed to come up.  I tried it out with codeine and penicillin and nothing happened.  Can someone give me more guidance into this feature?  Am I doing something wrong or is this just not yet available for 4.0

Thanks,

Jay

There is not feature like that currently in OpenEMR.  We are working on Drug/Drug and Drug/Allergy interactions, but the database licenses required to do that are very expensive.
