2 issues noticed with 2.9 upgrade

I upgraded EMR directly to new version on fedora core 8 with SL 2.8.x.
1) When I go to calendar to change the view I get this connection error message below. (I noticed from previous threads regarding Fault: Code: 4 there was mention about updating some table in SL but version of SL was 2.6.x.  Any idea?

MESSAGE:
Fault: Code: 4 Reason ‘error executing RPC `ezybiz.add_salesman’. Can’t connect to data source ‘’ because I can’t work out what driver to use (it doesn’t seem to contain a ‘dbi:driver:’ prefix and the DBI_DRIVER env var is not set) at /usr/local/sql-ledger/SL/Form.pm line 1486 ’

2) When I show charge for ICD9 codes for some reason the data for each patient doesn’t get posted to SL  (including patient name, address, and amount, etc).  Even though there is no error in the log.  Also I can access the SL from EMR (meaning interface can talk directly from billing section so I know I have correct user/passwd).  I have used Ron’s script to update the mysql DB to 2.9.

Any idea where I should be looking?
More and more I look into issues and search previous threads looks like both issues could be related to version of SQL-Ledger 2.8.x I am using.  I read old thread where it was mentioned that I need to update the postgres tables for SL.  Not sure if I need to update if I installed a fresh copy of SL instead of upgrade.  Also based on the error do I need to reinstall perl DBI  module?  Can you please let me know if you have seen this before and if specific log I can look into?   Thanks in advance!  I looked through CSV but can’t find fix.

I don’t understand.  Were you using SQL-Ledger before the upgrade?  If so, did you change it in any way?  Also it doesn’t make sense to me that you are getting an SQL-Ledger error when only accessing the calendar.  And I don’t know what “interface can talk directly from billing section” means.

You’re more likely to get a useful answer if you provide information that is organized and very explicit.
