2.9.0 appointment scheduler bug?

Jason,

Something was definitely hosed up with my files.   I just tested on my test box with a clean install of OpenEMR-2.9.0.  I then imported a copy of my production database ( the one that had cal_ui = 3 for my user id).  Next when I logged in, the Outlook style was visible as expected.  Not sure why the Outlook style was not visible on my production box.
